We want learners to feel confident enrolling. This policy explains when a refund applies and how to request one.
1. 7-day money back
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course, provided you have completed less than 20% of the lessons and have not started the final lockdown exam.
2. Non-refundable
- Courses where the final exam has been attempted.
- Courses where a certificate has been issued.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to request
Email support@tenztro.com from the address on your TENZTRO account with the course name and order reference. We respond within 3 business days and approved refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel any recurring plan from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
5. Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply where they grant you stronger rights than this policy.
