These Terms govern your access to and use of TENZTRO Learning (the "Service"), operated by TENZTRO Private Limited ("TENZTRO", "we", "us"). By signing in or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure.
2. Enrolment & subscriptions
Each course is sold individually with its own access period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to course content begins immediately on successful payment and continues for the period stated on the course page.
3. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share your account, certificates, or course videos with others.
- Do not record, download, scrape, redistribute, or repost any course material.
- Do not attempt to remove the player watermark, defeat lockdown exam mode, or otherwise tamper with the platform.
- Do not use the Service to harass other learners or instructors.
- Do not use the AI tutor to generate disallowed or unlawful content.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All course videos, written lessons, quizzes, brand assets, and platform code are owned by TENZTRO or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view purchased content for the access period. No other rights are granted.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued only on successful completion of the final lockdown exam at or above the required score. Each certificate carries a unique serial number that anyone can verify at/certificates/<serial>. Certificates revoked for academic dishonesty are marked invalid on the verification page.
7. Exam integrity
Lockdown exams require full-screen mode and monitor tab/window changes. Integrity violations (tab switching, exiting full screen, multiple devices) may invalidate the attempt and the associated certificate.
8. AI features
The AI tutor, Learning Twin, and Mock Interview features generate responses using third-party language models. Output may be inaccurate; treat it as study assistance, not authoritative advice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or that certificates will be recognised by any particular employer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TENZTRO's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@tenztro.com.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at the registered office of TENZTRO Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
